Supported by a team of professionals skilled in design, sourcing, production, sales, marketing & distribution of premium quality children's wear, Haddad distributes globally to 100+ countries and maintains sales and sourcing offices in 22 cities globally, including New York, Paris, Hilversum, Shanghai, Egypt, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Montreal.The International Operations Manager will manage all aspects of merchandising and global operations needs to enhance sales and profitability for the area.Key Accountabilities:Oversee and own the Global sample process, recaps, tracking, and allocation. Train team on the new systemOwn the creation and distribution of the Global calendar, working closely with the Calendar team to obtain information and ensure accuracyDrive ownership of key calendar deliverables through clear and consistent cross functional communicationOwn the GTM process end-to-end across preparation and executionOversee the creation and maintenance of seasonal directed assortmentsCommunicate updates to the team on overall sample status and delivery prior to GTMRun seasonal postmortem analysis to drive buys of purchasing to achieve sales goalsPartner with Planning and Sales teams to gather all relevant data for meetings with accounts and participate in meetings as appropriateContinue to elevate GTM and its process and outcomeSpecial projects as neededRequirements:Required Skills/Abilities/Education:Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Fashion Merchandising, Operations or related field5+ years in planning, operations or analysisExcellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast environmentProficient in Microsoft Office
